Shipping Processing Policy
Orders are packed to protect/prevent the product from getting damage in the process of being shipped.
Crafts & More by MsTash will not be responsible for any damage that is done to a product or broken product (Orders are packed to prevent damage). Any damage the occurs during the shipping process, please contact your local delivery service for assistance as the product was damage while in their possession.
Once the order and payment method has been confirmed, orders will be processed and packed to be shipped.
For US orders please refer to the order processing section to view processing and shipping times. International orders and shipping are currently unavailable.
Upon packing and shipping the order, you will receive an order shipping confirmation email of which will include the order shipping tracking number.
If the order shows as delivered but you have not received your package or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the customer service department of your delivery party as the orders are now being handled by their office officials (Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update within the post office database). FYI the USPS customer service number is 1-800-275-8777.
Shipping Fees for orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
